walking up and down to the 13th floor with 2 kids under 5 years old was not easy
the restrictions to the indoor pool were disappointing when you have kids and no outside pool
we took full advantage of the 5 pools; it was really nice for the kids to have their own kid pool they could

this is not our kind of hotel, but we booked it for the kids & grandson and they loved it
and drinking around the pool area could be improved and a few more activities for the kids would be nice
she gave us very little information at all and when i asked about the kids club, she actually gave me the wrong
