due to the kids and there parents not being able to enter and exit via the hotel, both parents and kids walked

at breakfast in both the castle and golf club, they had a lot of catering staff who were all nice kids but poorly
couldn t park at the reception area because someone marked it off so that a vip could let their kids draw with

the welcome, service and kids afternoon tea was fabulous. staff were so helpful and lovely.
while we were there we had dinner for 2 adults 2 kids, everyone was so please, food not full of salt or garlic
our kids will have very happy memories and they can't wait to come back and neither can we
however the wifi was very poor in our rooms which caused big issues for our three kids

could do with updating the line is worn and a like of paint but as i know it's a family room and kids just
lessons during the day in the leisure centre as my youngest was going back and forward from the kids pool to

the hotel that is considered the castle didn t like the overflowing garbage receptacle in the parking lot

aware restricted hours for kids at the pool which wasn t communicated at check in or advised on booking
only thing i can say is the pool area can be a little loud with kids at some times, and there should be a cold
so peaceful - very few kids the walks, the bike hire, the pool all just fabulous
leisure facilities disappointing. quite basic and lots of kids in pool.
