receptionist was very nice, the kids play room is a great bonus, you can sit and enjoy a drink in the lobby
maybe a floor for families as some screaming kids work us up at 3am and 5am
after midnight with sleepy kids and the two wonderful ladies working the reception made everything so easy
are a family with 3 small kids who used the hotel to sleep in our way to north wales

the breakfast was great, with lots of choices for kids
i did add the ages of both kids but it only booked two adults and we had to pay 80 in addition on arrival
our kids loved all the thomas themed stuff in the hotel, and we got a free upgrade to the thomas theme
