we reserved two rooms and he tried to put out kids on a different floor
2 kids were stuck after it dropped from 4th to 3rd floor then the door stuck
people were in the pool fully clothed with kids screaming and running around
this was a big violation with me because i travel with my teen kids sometimes and what if one of them were
the pool looked very clean and moms and kids were in it from time to time

everything was good, can t wait for more amenities for kids like a park or play area
although i like the nicer restaurants, with kids the sports bar made the most sense and it was hard to figure
pools was not over crowded and had lot of options in water fun with kids

a lot of kids jumping in the pool and i was afraid that their kids were going to hurt themselves meanwhile
some guess play the loud music at 4am that wake up our kids and us

the least they could do is offer fruit and hot cocoa for the kids
the kids really enjoyed it

by 6am kids to that room started to make noise crying and yelling

well appointed room with kitchen area, generous sized sofa and desk workspace, large lovely walk in shower and
they had a 24 hr gym as well
parking was a little challenging - the lot filled up

we walked with the kids to get food and ice cream
and at one point in the middle of the night i saw some kids in the parking lot playing 'skateboard' with one

the scavenger hunt for the kids and the movie by the pool! they were also so dog friendly
seeing our kids swim was an excellent way to pass the time
on a weekend, so i am not sure the normal schedule, but from the moana hoolahooping with the kids, to the pirates
property, staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the activities they have for kids are not to be

breakfast was not that good
did not get to eat breakfast, i was in a hurry to get to meetings

but they could give something else for breakfast not just a banana and granola and no juice for kids but they
susana in the kitchen made me feel like i was her niece she gave me extra juice for my kids told me if they
kids had fun in the billiard room and if the weather was better we would surely use the swimming

rooms are spacious and open so the kids had a lot of play space despite the amount of luggage we brought

as a family of five with little kids we left safe the hotel was very well maintained and clean
overall it was excellent stay for a family with kids.
only request i had was to have the two rooms next to eat other because i traveled with my kids and they didn

getting charged for my 12 yr old son when on my reservation it was clearly stated 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and
the staff wasn't that friendly and very short with answers. not for family with young kids
