kids loved the birds in the courtyard
we had two side by side rooms, one for us and one for the kids
fireplace was so cozy and nice - all staff were so friendly and helpful - great breakfast and
orange juice for room service and took one hour to get it

there was a playground for kids and sitting areas for adults

great facilities and great location. a fabulous place for a family with lots for the kids to do

at front desk, how they cheat saying that no kids are allowed on booking to force you to go directly to them,
this hotel was favorite for our kids, because pool was very nice, they could walk the gardens and also interact
our kids (teens) loved the pool area and the location as well

the staff was helpful with setting up a jetski rental for myself to take my kids
staff is really helpful and our kids had lots of fun interacting with them
they have a small kids that s my daughter got to enjoy at the end of our day

the pool is big, warmed-up, great for kids
the big plus for us is the kids' club on the weekend, including an open-air movie night with popcorn on saturday
we can hear people talking and kids running around our floor until almost midnight

went to this hostel with my adult kids and husband and we really enjoyed it
our kids (teenagers) loved the family style dinners meeting other travellers
we saw families with small kids, backpackers and elderly people so the place can receive any type of traveler
as i have adopted kids of color that is not something i appreciate
felt like we were being treated like kids queuing for a school meal

rooms were quite warm and the showers didn't have hot water. wifi was not very good
