our kids (teenagers) loved the family style dinners meeting other travellers
felt like we were being treated like kids queuing for a school meal
went to this hostel with my adult kids and husband and we really enjoyed it
as i have adopted kids of color that is not something i appreciate
we saw families with small kids, backpackers and elderly people so the place can receive any type of traveler

at front desk, how they cheat saying that no kids are allowed on booking to force you to go directly to them,
kids running around playing in pool after hours

this hotel was favorite for our kids, because pool was very nice, they could walk the gardens and also interact

day of my trip, i got sick accompanying fever, nausea and cold after having omelette there as a breakfast
laundry service would have made it complete and the music can be quite loud (although we liked the
kitchen that is kept clean, the staff is super helpful and friendly, and they even provide a laundry service
the outdoors area is very well setup, with a pool and lots of chairs and tables to sit around and relax
- no kitchen - i was first assigned a room without a free bed - wifi in the dorm is not reliable

staff is really helpful and our kids had lots of fun interacting with them
the staff was helpful with setting up a jetski rental for myself to take my kids
they have a small kids that s my daughter got to enjoy at the end of our day
the wifi was not reliable from the second floor where my room was located
parking is available, wifi is very very spotty

the big plus for us is the kids' club on the weekend, including an open-air movie night with popcorn on saturday
clean, great location. staff was super friendly. great pi for families and kids!
but what really helped us was the kids house, my daughter loved it there
there is a kids club which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel but only open on weekends, a pity
everything! very clean, several activities within the hotel to do with kids.

there was a playground for kids and sitting areas for adults

we traveled with our 3 kids
great facilities and great location. a fabulous place for a family with lots for the kids to do

we loved the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna and privacy of the cabins
restaurant porch coffee bar was available for early risers and that workers in the restaurant arrived earlier
area which we weren't aware of, and on one of the days there wasn't enough beds/seats around the pool for everyone
the pool is beautiful
around pool (and my room next to pool), wifi was sometimes a bit too weak or lost.
