the pool was nice, but on the small side and water was a bit warm

my family and i had to wait on a parking lot for 4 hours waiting on an event

right on the lake. kids loved feeding the fish turtles and geese.

the gym could also use a recumbent bike instead of several treadmills

a pet friendly hotel, i wish there were a bigger area to take your pet to potty

was spacious and clean with comfy beds , a small well furnished kitchenette , good location

room exceeded my expectations: kitchenette, fridge, microwave, sink, stove top, utensils, dinnerware, dishwasher

was wonderful it was nice and clean my kids had a good time the rooms where clean the staff was very friendly

we had small kids so we used a lot of towels on the floor

slept good, problem was i kept calling front desk 3x first night ,and 2nd night, same loud kids upstairs we

every time they went in and out of the room, up and down the hallway, or just conversating with kids or one

you need pancakes on menu for the kids.

distance from the parking garage to the hotel was a little long, especially with luggage and kids

don t like that the food vendors aren t available the whole time kids are in convention center

were allowed to have their kids running up and down the hallways and the sitting lounge area (upper floor viewing

lots of kids in lobby surfaces and mirror were filmy/streaky

the open glass elevator to the 9th floor was fun for the kids but could be a little scary for those afraid of

groups of school kids in the lobby waiting to check in were loud, being disruptive, but that's not really on

having the living room and extra tv for the kids.

pool was fine, but when we were there, there were kids without their parents jumping in and practically landing

i had a wonderful weekend with my kids

the rooftop bar was very relaxing with a great view of downtown hot springs.
