elevators went out and had to walk up and down the stairs 8 flights with luggage and kids

screaming kids till 1 am in the next room. staff did nothing about it.

pool was fine, but when we were there, there were kids without their parents jumping in and practically landing

having the living room and extra tv for the kids.
