the pool was nice, but on the small side and water was a bit warm

clean and new and great breakfast

plenty of parking, even for large vehicles with trailers and such

my family and i had to wait on a parking lot for 4 hours waiting on an event

the bar closes too early 10pm on a saturday evening but this could be due to covid restrictions

kids were looking forward to waffles but since covid19 there was breakfast in a bag

kids kept us up a little late coming from a ball tournament

we really enjoyed the clean pool & hot tub; the kids especially

was in town for a family trip with my 2 young kids(11,7)

the only thing i didn t like was the little kids running up and down the hall on my 2nd night.

that the pool wasn't open. but i understand with covid still around.

closest to the air unit, i feel the beds should be closer instead of the sofa bed being that my kids on the sofa

slept good, problem was i kept calling front desk 3x first night ,and 2nd night, same loud kids upstairs we

every time they went in and out of the room, up and down the hallway, or just conversating with kids or one

you need pancakes on menu for the kids.

i wish they did room service from the bistro

the drinks at the bar were a little expensive.

groups of school kids in the lobby waiting to check in were loud, being disruptive, but that's not really on

having the living room and extra tv for the kids.

the open glass elevator to the 9th floor was fun for the kids but could be a little scary for those afraid of

we loved the rooftop bar and all the staff were extremely friendly

the gym could be upgraded a bit

the rooftop bar was great as well 100% would return again

it was great, the wifi even worked with the kids kindle

was dirty don't like my kids swimming in balls of hair and cigarette butts and popsicle plastic so my wife played

the rooms was clean great breakfast kids loved pool and will be returning

there was an ice cream truck making rounds when we checked in and it was nice to see all the kids running to

i did get a muffin and a glass of juice the last day for myself but the kids and hubby missed
