i would not recommend the suite except if you are travelling with quite young kids
the pool was a nice bonus - our kids didn't want to leave
parking gets a little tight in the evenings when all the rooms are occupied, but there is more

waited along time for bed linen for sofa bed. kids were very tired after long flight
them in advance to specify it and they acknowledge it, and when in the room, the sofa bed for the kids was not
very friendly staff. easy parking. kids enjoyed the pool. breakfast was delicious.

maybe it is hotel style or however, i have never seen receptionists interacting with they kids / or friends
if you re traveling with kids, ask for the tent kit that you can set up in your room for them
resturant, hotel bar, gorgeous bathrooms off lobby and a cool chalk board in the lobby for kids to write on
that would have been fun to enjoy with our kids in lieu of there not being an indoor swimming pool

facility booked a bus full of older kids that thought it was a ruckus house
although the parking lot was being plowed the next morning, the sidewalks to the parking lot were not cleared

we had to go across the parking lot in single digit temps if we wanted our kids to swim

the best this was our third time staying here when having to travel up north for sports for our kids
the kids loved the pool & slide. very clean and nice hotel. great value for money.
my kids and i loved the slide and the breakfast buffet was really good too

i was traveling with kids and i solely picked based on the pool
whirlpool and pool had a funky stink to it so did not let kids swim
went to swim at 10pm kids in pool yelling splashing playing marco polo grandparents totally ignoring, should
pool is a little small and was to crowded to use our second night, but we liked it the first day
under 16 should not be allowed in pool after 10 pm with parent or not

pool reservations due to covid restrictions so if you have kids maybe call ahead so kids are not disappointed

i was told that the adults went to different rooms than kids, and the kids ran amock
after a long day at work, kids threw a firework and it went off 2 feet in front of me
my only note is that the fitness center is very small with limited equipment
