loud guest w like 5 kids banging on floor? whytf are they put in a room above me??
were very disappointed that the pool was green the kids wanted swim but it was green and dirty we had to switch
staff was nice. hotel was nice and clean. pool was ok, kind of small,but the kids loved it.

pool not too deep 5ft all my kids could swim and touch which was a load off my mind

the staff was so nice and professional my kids loved the breakfast and color changing pool
to say an extra night after i had already checked out because the weather was so good and the kids were having

love how close it is to the beach and the toys that are available for kids to take to the beach
me and my husband visited with our children for a family vacation and the kids loved the hotel so much
both sofas in the main room were ok for kids but adults wouldn't get a good sleep on it as mattress was thin

complaint i have is we were on the third floor and they put a family on the 4th floor and the kids were just
noise from the room above mine was loud with running feet from kids and stomping feet from there parents that

which is not ideal for a family of 5 unless the kids are little then it s perfect but kids older than 3 can

i was being nit-picky, there was no continental breakfast, but we didn't care, and my kids thought the shower
did not like the fact that there was a group of kids going car to car checking for unlocked doors and after
overall was exactly as advertised! was a great experience for me n my kids.

one thing i can't stand is a hotel room where you can't sleep because you can hear partying, kids running around

when you walk in smelled like mold, chemical from the workers, my kids have allergies and all the sawdust and
traveling with a family with 2 kids, we reserved a two bedroom suite
the outside patio/pool area is nice for grilling and chilling and we were able to watch the kids swim while we
rented this 2 br k suite for our kids from oot
price was a little higher than last time i think, but we did add kids and we booked thru' booking
