did not like the fact that there was a group of kids going car to car checking for unlocked doors and after

this was my main complaint besides kids playing around and pulling fire alarm in building

i travelled with four kids 5 and under so by the time we arrive they just want to check in so this was awesome

the breakfast in a bag and kids running down hallway late at night,the lack of customer service

people grabbing all the food with out thinking of the persons behind them . mostly kids

dogs barking all night and kids next door tuning in hallways and nocking on the doors

checked in friday night around 7 got up saturday morning and left around 11 got back and my two kids room they

when you've got kids that like to wake up in the middle of the night they would have to open my door to come

pool situation was not good and upset the kids who wanted us to get a hotel with a pool

had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby with my kids and a handful of stuff and luggage because one of the staffs

i also, did not like that they accept pets and put pet owners above the first floor, which is a distraction

with a team for a sporting event and related to the rooms not being ready until after 8pm our kids lost the

king bed for my husband and i ,school buses took up to much parking, need a spot just for buses, kids were loud

cleaner and the breakfast muffins tasted like mold and the guest upstairs we're very loud and had kids running

enough to cool our drinks and the pool closed at 10, so leaving the beach, going to dinner, the kids did not

breakfast was good, back close by, kids enjoyed the pool

s no elevator, which i wish i d known before hand, carrying two kids and luggage upstairs isn t easy

we use the laundry facilities as well, which is a must when traveling with a bunch of kids
