checking, the pool area was completely empty so the kids got to enjoy themselves, location was close to different

they have laundry facilities, but it was broken so they washed our daughters clothes in their facility
alittle disappointed that legends was not open and there was no room service

bathroom was gorgeous my kids didn't wanna leave
to relax in the hot tub and their were so many kids screaming it was like 12 of i think they were all together
needs work, water felt very dirty and very oily, it's needs to be well maintained it's small but kids love it
the kids loved the pool area and dining lounge
the coffee was good, and the kids really enjoyed the juice and bagels too

pool was under repair (not too good when you have kids)
the room was spacious and comfortable for three adults and 2 kids
many kids unsupervised in the small pool and throwing footballs and basketballs into pool
asked for a double room and was sent to a king suite that i didn t order my kids are teens they gave us a cot
some kids were running in the hall at night.

we there for kids for indoor swimming pool recepnaist told us the pool was open when we went with kids the pool
worked well for us visiting our kids and grandkids

it could be better to ad a jacuzzi close to pool area.
arrived on a weekend and the bar was not open until early evening
they didn't have an open restaurant but i understood because of covid they did have the bar open and all of
bistro and bar was not open
shower safety bar was in an odd location

room service was delivered 45 min after stated delivery time, so my daughter who was on a timed
bar and lounge was a zoo at 4:30
everything. staff were helpful, the room was amazing and the pool incredible.
all the dining facilities at the comcast center are excellent for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or room service
top draw large crowds on friday and saturday nights leading to lines for the elevators and the bar being completely

the quiet time for a date weekend away from the kids

our kids love the park and it's convenient getting to shopping, dining and

stayed at sofitel for our first getaway from the kids
room was not very clean and we were told there would be a pull out sofa for the kids, but the room did not have
sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for our kids, it was clearly quite old and worn and the springs could be
kids running back and forth in the morning and no hotel staff came up to address it
traveling with our infant daughter and they provide with the pack and play, little slippers, a kids activity
