the floor bathroom experience for me was no good that all specially because i was traveling we my kids

room was spotless (even clean enough for a family with little kids) and had everything we needed

the pool is small but my kids could care less and they have a decent workout room

kids were very disappointed

breakfast, pool and clean rooms

also it was hard to find local dining that allowed under 18 kids and lots of places were closed on sunday

our kids loved the fresh cookies at the front desk in the afternoon

having my kids with me it would ve been nice to have more choices or later restaurant hours or more menu

but the toilet tank wouldn t fill so my kids ended up adding water to make the toilet work

limited kids channels in the satellite. a tad stingy on the coffee pods.

20 for a free breakfast that cost 60 because kids weren t included and nobody mentioned that

and definitely do not travel with your kids

swimming pool was not packed.

pool was perfect for our 7 year old

were put on a floor with a large soccer group of kids who thought it was funny to run up and down the hallway

party of 8 adults and 5 kids got stuck on the elevator for 40 minutes

all disposable paper and plastic stuff to the garbage that made us uncomfortable, especially the kids

coin laundry machine available

the only gym alternative was not a walkable distance away, though you could wait for, and take, a free

also the staff went above and beyond for the kids by giving them their own robes and a little baggy of treats

i really loved the attention to detail for the kids, small slippers and

breakfast service by the lobby is rather slow

the spa was excellent! the staff very polite and friendly. the food is excellent too.

however, would come here again to eat and spa but probably not to sleep

not sure i would stay here with kids

really enjoyed the location, rooftop bar and overall service.

although we booked a room which breakfast was included in the room rate, we were told breakfast would be charged

no coffee/ tea in room which means you are forced to order room service or go to restaurant

roof top bar was spectacular

a few clicks of the remote and no clear warning, my eight year old son started watching a kids movie that ended

we went to the bar when we returned from the baseball game, but it was not serving food and was about to close

early check in and later check out times

the only thing i liked was that i got a late check out and most of the staff was friendly.
