the floor bathroom experience for me was no good that all specially because i was traveling we my kids

single thing (food, staff, gym, spa, pool, room, location) was as you'd expect from a four seasons

a large suite was perfect for nap time with little kids

but turned out to be sharing with a big group (kids and all) in a minibus and paid the same

at the bar should get hospitality training, one of our kids accidently entered the bar area where we were sitting

i wished i spent the whole night/morning there but kids come first

booked the hotel because it was listed as being very family friendly, with child amenities that kids would enjoy

my kids had a twin room but was so dated

rooms for way less they were on the smaller side , but otherwise classy , pools amazing got kids or

swimming pool is so small that not possible to do laps. laps with 6 kids is also challenging.

we were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious

a few clicks of the remote and no clear warning, my eight year old son started watching a kids movie that ended

wifi wasn t great and water temperature fluctuated throughout the stay.

breakfast included but this seems to be true of all upscale places

i also had to ask to have packages and laundry delivered to our room which was surprising as i just expected

pool roof is falling apart and looked trashy i didn t know the wine bar accepted kids in one area and is the

gingerbread exhibit was great for the kids

the restaurant menu was a little too advanced for a family with kids.

they don t have swimming pool, kids don t have place to play at hotel.

perfectly central to our event in pioneer square, our kids in fremont and walkable to lake union and back for

hotel was under construction. no seating area around lobby and gym was not open.
