friendly staff and very welcoming of kids. the pool and hot tub were awesome!

if your kids love a good hotel pool, this will not disappoint

pool had 2 kids that were jumping in the pool in the spa area and screaming when i used it - might need a

perfectly central to our event in pioneer square, our kids in fremont and walkable to lake union and back for

they don t have swimming pool, kids don t have place to play at hotel.

the restaurant menu was a little too advanced for a family with kids.

i wished i spent the whole night/morning there but kids come first

too many kids in the pool

it was so hard to get the soap out of my hair and my kids hair

were very nice and accommodating, pool good for a hang out with kids

a large suite was perfect for nap time with little kids

but turned out to be sharing with a big group (kids and all) in a minibus and paid the same

the main bedroom so again, had to make a lot of noise to be able to use the bathroom while the kids were asleep

the staff is friendly and efficient, wifi works well, and a small but well-equipped gym is available on the

room service stopped before advertised time.

staff helped with my young kids and helping me set up wifi to be able to finish work on my laptop

rooms for way less they were on the smaller side , but otherwise classy , pools amazing got kids or

we were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious

the kids around seem to enjoy it

we were traveling with kids and no amenities provided for

a few clicks of the remote and no clear warning, my eight year old son started watching a kids movie that ended

good location , good customer care . the facilities are good . fantastic breakfast

only issue was relatively slow wifi

however this incurred their usual $5 room service fee which i

was no room service, no available breakfast

not sure i would stay here with kids

they did not tell us the breakfast is not?free

also did not like the breakfast menu

friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fabulous rooftop bar which afforded wonderful views over the

bad/no wifi. no tea coffee making in room

i really loved the attention to detail for the kids, small slippers and

also the staff went above and beyond for the kids by giving them their own robes and a little baggy of treats

the breakfast was delicious

i would have liked to see a better selection of wine by the glass at the bar/restaurant/pool

sad our pool was closed for maintenance wanted to use it on the sunny days we had while in

as kids we visited someone in these apts

were on a 3rd floor room with bags and kids and no elevator

location was very good for us travelling with kids. only a few minutes walk from seattle park

laundry service ruin some of my clothes

but do not get fooled by the vision of its nice swimming pool, there is a very strict sign-up policy that

internal access to an extremely well equipped and spacious gym, tidy, well maintained, anything you need, incl

they advertise a restaurant and rooftop bar but neither was open during our stay.
