they have a fairly large pool outside
good breakfast, clean hotel and free parking in the hotels parking area

much of the time the wifi played up which was quite frustrating

the staff was super nice specially cristina at reception! the options of kitchen always open
location is quiet and near beaches. free parking and a golf enthusiast heaven
couldn t get anything to eat after our golf around 4pm

team from the sliding (1 man with glasses and long curly hair almost totally absent allowing kids to disregard
we will keep going to playacanelahotel! we and our kids enjoy it very much
although the kids program was always around the same music themes
when i booked it says there as fitness center. but when i asked on reception there is nothing.
we could use the pool as much as the other client

we were like 7-8 adults with kids and it wasnt still full:) also the main big pool has a ramp up, so small

entertainment for the kids was superb

the pool is also excellent, huge and they let kids play and use floaters
are very well designed: children and their parents can easily move from the adults' pool to the kids' pool
the kids club and playground area were a plus for us

so excited, but when we arrived and went to the pool they said it s not possible to go with the kids to sauna
to be aware of, this hotel is quite family oriented and it s tough to find a quiet spot with no kids
we were with 2 kids
they closed the spa from 2 to 4pm because kids could enter it and

there was a kids' pool, so i wished the smaller kids would have been directed to that pool instead of the
train could have a bit more security features to accomodate the kids on board, like solid walls on the sides

better quality coffee at breakfast. nothing else.
at the pool, although the music selection was good, i would have preferred it to be on a lower volume

they were so obliging - from early check in, to assisting with storing medication needing refrigerating, to
super friendly staff. comfy sizeable rooms. lovely dipping pool. great location.
air con was loud and the wifi flakey; the towels will need replacing soon
