was next to the laundry so was disturbed during the day by the noises of machines
great location for the town and most golf courses near by
the restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful as were the staff throughout the hotel

team from the sliding (1 man with glasses and long curly hair almost totally absent allowing kids to disregard
we will keep going to playacanelahotel! we and our kids enjoy it very much
although the kids program was always around the same music themes
when i booked it says there as fitness center. but when i asked on reception there is nothing.
we could use the pool as much as the other client

to be aware of, this hotel is quite family oriented and it s tough to find a quiet spot with no kids
so excited, but when we arrived and went to the pool they said it s not possible to go with the kids to sauna
they closed the spa from 2 to 4pm because kids could enter it and
the train that takes us to the beach and the beach blub was very cute, and the kids loved it
the evening buffet was very good - kids for free, decent price for adults and plenty of choice

the kids club and playground area were a plus for us
they were super great with the kids
lots of noisy kids, but since it's a family venue, it was something expected.
the pool is also excellent, huge and they let kids play and use floaters

the complimentary boat that takes you to a natural beach was beautiful and a lot of fun for the kids
great spa & pool with half day accessible for families with kids
booked a quadruple room on booking and instead of receiving one double and one sofa bed for the kids we received
hotel is a resort that includes all sorts of activities, kids entertainment, spa, outdoor pool, and its main
kids club could do with some work.

ten small photos, no digital copies, and overly photoshopped- but the way they present it to the kids was as a
