very disappointing the way they handle my booking, i travelled with 3 kids and the hotel couldn t put us in
a family with young kids, we failed to get one big family room or at least two rooms close to each other

manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating, allowing a late check out at short notice and nothing

you have to walk 100-200 metres in the cold to a sister hotel to use spa and pool
most of the hotel facilities closed in low season, they send you to the hotel near by for spa ect

is conveniently located close to the beach and it features a small gym, pool, and playground for kids

doors are made of paper on some days kids were going crazy loud and parents don t seem to
a wellness hotel, there is lack of quiet spaces which don't have screaming kids running around everywhere
community area was very nice however families used it as playground for their kids
