finally, our kids got a non-working card key and got locked out of the room

the breakfast was nice and the pool was great. good to go with kids.

we had booked a cozy mansard room, but we were upgraded to a lovely spacious comfortable room
staff was wonderful and helpful, the sauna and swimming pool were really nice
lots of charm - the warm and welcoming staff - the spa is superb, especially the indoor pool - the
pool was lovely and rooms are very large, location is good
the bar was well appointed and comfortable for our nightcaps

there were some temporary problems with wifi

gym was just two machines & a medicine ball, so not really a fitness centre as listed, though this
gym is too small and equipment could be more modern/qualitative
