the hotel is buried in the bustling suburb of le bouscat - bikes, cars, kids going to school - so be prepared

nice clean hotel and room was great given we had 2 kids and a dog
with my family with two small kids and felt very welcome
it would great to have a kids menu option but i have been told its coming soon
the staff are exceptional and were amazing with children, room set up also great with kids!

we have three kids that didn t travel with us and the peace for a city centre hotel was great
treatment rooms are in its sister hotel 10 mi s walk away and the pool is not suitable for little kids

we where running late ,due to arrive at 10 pm ,we rang ahead and as regular guests knew the room service menu
we were able to get room service also
spacious nice room. rich breakfast. very careful personal at the reception and good service.

be advised that because it is not a full service hotel there is no bar or restaurant or room service
we booked this property because of the gym but it was a very small gym, no weights.
liked the room service breakfast and also the communal breakfast where the variety of food was excellent
the gym could be better- small and dark in the basement.

ordered kids desert just plain vanilla ice cream and it arrived with crumble
