didn't like kids running around corridors screaming and knocking on doors.

rooms got there as a group and we booked hotel due to having a pool table to then be told no kids allowed

a lot going fo it poor wifi if any pub smells damp no food luxury room not very luxurious pub and rooms need

staff and a brilliant restaurant and bar with the best locals you could meet

the kids loved it and good value for money, food was brill and staff were pollite and

the bathroom was a real treat lovely and modern, with a great tub that the kids enjoyed

the kids running around in the room above as floors are a little creaky!!

pool table was a bonus for the kids

i think it would be a good idea to explain parking prior to arrival

bit tricky to find but once found was easy to find parking place and town.

parking was a nightmare, because i didn't know the area i ended up driving around for ages

there were little biscuits, hot chocolates and toiletries and the breakfast was outstanding

took the kids to the pool & there was a class on and one woman that was in the class came up to my partner

kids in jacuzzi. bed v uncomfortable, too hard

enjoyed the food, the bed was really comfortable, loved that the kids have their own space and room

the separate room for kids was brill in the hotel room

of the room for a family of 5 - i didn't expect mum & dad to really get their own room with the kids in an

staff seemed frightened of kids - they insisted that we sit furthest away from other people dining, though the

room was perfect for my kids and i, and the situation by the cathedral is just lovely

lovely, helpful staff and comfy rooms swell stocked with little tea cakes and biscuits for the kids

had a fantastic choice which catered perfectly for a family of 4 and breakfast delicious - the kids

we loved the tennis courts(one normal, one kids size), the apiary, the garden, the road in via mature woodland

was spectacularly good, with wonderful flavors and cooked to perfection, as was breakfast

this was the best room service experience i have ever had - excellent food and service

poached eggs were the best i ve had in my life - don t know how they did it we ordered room service too,

the food in the restaurant was impeccable. really delicious. great breakfast too.

we arrived easter sunday and the kids had an easter egg each on their bed, lovely

the staff were really nice, food was delicious, my kids had a great swim.

had all that w me required also the pool was lovely and kids enjoyed

woken up constantly by other guests loudly chatting in the corridors at all hours, crying kids (i know this

close enough to a park for the kids and a shop a short distance away

staff were all really helpful and great with the kids

the pool provided an excellent space for kids to play in, while allowing others to exercise without any

wifi didn't work for me because i could not log on

only issue is that the wifi doesn't connect to apple devices

the staff were very helpfull and friendly including the room service ladies
