we arrived easter sunday and the kids had an easter egg each on their bed, lovely

park about 10 mins walk away, then later we moved the car to the street in front of the hotel as parking is free

rooms got there as a group and we booked hotel due to having a pool table to then be told no kids allowed
didn't like kids running around corridors screaming and knocking on doors.
no wifi access in the room. the bathroom should be clean much more thoroughly.
location is great and was offered an early check in which was very helpful.

the wifi did run a bit slow at times. understandable at peak times
hours for guests-this is a big let down-as we've been coming here for years-with this in mind bar closed 45
only issue is that the wifi doesn't connect to apple devices

was great and the kids got to meet the celtic football players who were very good with the kids

room was perfect for my kids and i, and the situation by the cathedral is just lovely
of the room for a family of 5 - i didn't expect mum & dad to really get their own room with the kids in an
staff seemed frightened of kids - they insisted that we sit furthest away from other people dining, though the
lovely, helpful staff and comfy rooms swell stocked with little tea cakes and biscuits for the kids
had a fantastic choice which catered perfectly for a family of 4 and breakfast delicious - the kids

we loved the tennis courts(one normal, one kids size), the apiary, the garden, the road in via mature woodland
we enjoyed numerous cocktails in the bar as well as an excellent dinner
cherries on arrival, and kitchen garden, amazing.
