since this was the first time taking our twin boys to a resort, the kids pool was amazing, they loved it
at 9 is too late for young kids - we were in bed every night
two pools, the kids pool and the adult only pee pool
the water over flow issue the hotel in general was a great experience lots of activities for the kids and adults
the kids loved the slides etc

the kids club was amazing, the staff there were incredibly caring and worked really hard
all had like a tanning deck , 1 foot deep so perfect for families with little kids
65 dollars more for a kid although in our voucher from booking it was written free of charge for kids using the
extra touches , turn down service , access to club which was on 6th floor , stocked with a full bar , and lots
food at the buffet (both breakfast and lunch) was not good , there was not wifi in the room and the ac was so

hated the beach club because it was too small and too many kids
rooftop pool was the best feature

drinks were ok however only 1 beer to choose from and sometimes service at bars could sometimes take a very

com rate did not include my kids, although i had reserved for a family of 5
hairdryer not working, very poor maintenance in bathroom generally, fridge not working in our kids room)
two floors below the rooms had private pools, which would be fun for kids, but we liked being up high
it seems this is really a family resort they were just too many kids for us!
breakfast was okay, would like to see more options for kids though.

internet services were very very hit and miss with considerable restraints on wifi access
the pool is great with excellent views and lounge chairs for everyone (no early-morning hoarding of
our rooms were very clean and room service was excellent

if you have very small kids (we don't) some of the landscaping has steep slopes with sharp stones, you will

does not have a parking for guests, we needed to park on the street, but it is a quiet street within a gated

if you are a young family with kids, you do not feel welcome to here
the kids there woah so loud, can't blame them for having fun while i tried to nap
guests gather around the pool as if we were a big family
the pool is huge, it's nicely shaded by some trees in a corner, lovely ambiance around the pool
the breakfast menu was great, especially the sopes de chapulines

the restaurant and bar staff change the tv to english music when they can without being asked
pool hrs control; 22:30hrd max. each room should have small fridge couple bbq available
additionally the hotel was very loud from road noise and pool goers
was a very busy weekend and as such the pool seemed a little cloudy and could have done with more cleaning

breakfast included but when i received my sumary it said the breakfast was not included for kids, i had to pay
from 6-10 every night it was packed full of families having a blast and lots of kids screaming at high decimals
in other hotels in the area, it's common for stuff to be broken (a/c, phone, lights, wifi, etc)

the beach is absolutely beautiful, and private, then there a huge pool, sunloungers, umbrellas, kids activities
it was a great place to stay, the pool is always clean and is safe for the kids
the tv was only in spanish which was a bit hard with the kids

the beach at 5 minutes so it was easy anda very good beach for kids

the many families staying also meant that the pool was full of kids in the morning and afternoon, i guess in
