was a very busy weekend and as such the pool seemed a little cloudy and could have done with more cleaning

lots of families w kids as well as adult couples, which was a comfortable atmosphere
the hotel is located in an amazing garden with various option to have fun with the kids like a mini-golf and

the kids there woah so loud, can't blame them for having fun while i tried to nap

would recommend paying for “breakfast included” as they have very good buffet breakfast
we had the breakfast buffets, poolside lunches, sit down fine dinning on their front patio area

steep beach and waves make it hard for older folk and kids to get in and out
i wouldn't say this was a relaxing place to stay (lots of families with young kids and karaoke or other events
it was a great place to stay, the pool is always clean and is safe for the kids
the tv was only in spanish which was a bit hard with the kids

the beach at 5 minutes so it was easy anda very good beach for kids
was expected the breakfast to be included and it wasn t for i don t know what reason when i made reservation
there was a full bar and the bartenders gave a good pour
we didn't sleep or have free breakfast for two days

breakfast included but when i received my sumary it said the breakfast was not included for kids, i had to pay
from 6-10 every night it was packed full of families having a blast and lots of kids screaming at high decimals
love the whole experience, the pool was warm and beautiful views, the staff very helpful and kind
parking can be a mess, very loud from road noise and guests over running the place, run down
also, all the appliances in the kitchenette area were unplugged and looked like they hadn't been used in awhile

the pool table in the smoking bar (no smoking allowed) needs a major upgrade.

hated the beach club because it was too small and too many kids
the gym was a bit dated. but honestly, this is a first world problem. everything was awesome
breakfast and dinner on 7th floor restaurant were very good.
their beach and pool side are not big enough for the amount of people they can host.

it seems this is really a family resort they were just too many kids for us!
the jet skis came to close to my kids, as they played on the beach and the residual smell of petrol was strong
