we had a terrific break, swam in the pool, relaxed in the lovely gardens and chilled out
great breakfast
wifi signal is weak and unstable although the router was very close
wifi kept dropping out. only 1 pillow. bath didn t work. no bar. quiet isolated location.

was a lot of noise , there was a big group of kids that occupied most of the hotel and thet made oa lot of nice
restaurant or bar open due to it being good friday

wifi is very poor unless you pay for a high speed connection
no hot water, restaurant was closed on a friday night for dinner, and wifi was not dependable

lots of kids in and out of the pool, i would ve liked to see a bit more maintenance
smoke (i arrived at 11:30 so was too tired to ask to change rooms, plus the hotel was full of kids from a football
service on weekend, no reason other than dont work weekends, could not enjoy pool too many kids, no kettle in
the swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness room nearby science museum for kids shops, groceries nearby busses

wifi, horrible pillows, asked for a double room and got twins, couldn t get the tv to work,
not far from the hotel is a lovely walk near a river, perfect for walking with a pet
a plus, but not for the hotel ud83dude00, la dehesa has a self laundry, with decent prices, very useful in the
room and very comfortable bed; tea kettle, tv, stable wifi; toilette provided with bidet; wide basement parking

great place, very comfortable to stay with kids, ideal breakfast. very happy.
the wifi worked well for streaming movies for the kids and doing work

not a deal breaker at all, just an observation as one of my kids was looking to have a bath
my sister s family was also staying at the same hotel and they dealt with all issues (kids)
doesn t have gym
5 mins walk to metro and refe station excellent location and restaurant was really good, so was room service
not enough sitting areas in lobby, narrow hallway, no gym or other things to do

this was a bit tricky, especially when traveling with kids, and we would have appreciated being informed in
beds aren't suitable for small kids who are in danger of falling off
chose this hotel specifically because we were traveling with kids and wanted them to enjoy a fun time in the
food, friendly staff and the kids corner play room was great for our 3 children after a long day travelling
there was a pool, workout room, and even a little kids play area in the lobby

too many kids for a business hotel. impossible to relax and enjoy the pool with 10 kids in it
got charged extras for bringing partner and kids and for parking
was a little higher than we usually pay for a stay with 2 kids and 2 children
not good when you have little kids
the gym was open (accepting 1 person/party at a time), which was unusual during covid times
