i like that there was an amazing swimming pool across the parking lot for the kids

the kids (and adults) all enjoyed the pool and it was a safe friendly environment
the staff were friendly and found us an adjoining room for the kids
we were visiting for a wedding and it was a great stay with my kids
noisy, drunk people and kids screaming could hear through walls, woke up

were horrible, had about 6 families treating it like an apt complex, clothes hanging outside, kids running around
staff were very nice and the bar and restaurant were quite good
the had a spa that looked appealing
the room service meal was very poor in my opinion
there were room service menus in the room but the restaurant hasn t offered room service for over two years

the size of the room was larger than other hotels which worked out well because we had two kids with us
really long wait for dinner saturday evening - although we didn't mind because we had left our 4 kids at home

sad the pool was closed. my kids were hoping to swim
staff was wonderful. they helped us out and added a comfortable cot so the two kids could sleep.

up getting a taxi instead and pay for it since that was super late at night and we have small kids with us
we ve stayed in the accent inn in kamloops several times when visiting our kids, so we knew we d be in good
for a family with 2 young kids this was great
we traveled with 2 kids and they were so welcoming and took such good care of them

many sports teams with kids behaving poorly
sports bar on site, but kids weren't allowed in which was disappointing as they had some great food deals

one airport shuttle running in the evening so we had to stay in the shuttle (with 2 very tired kids) for a while
food for kids on the bruno menu but i asked for plain pasta and they did do it for me but if it says family
one thing worth mentioning is the sound proof isn't the best which you can hear kids talking in the hallway,
pool and hotel - unique design aesthetic but well built

kids like the pool
i love the gym over looked the boat harbour all the facilities were amazing.
6 hours ahead of regular check in, but they accommodated us with an early check in and even a late check out as
the front desk staff had offered to offset my transport from the airport as shuttle no longer available
the bar has a limited offer and closed at 9pm. the parking was expensive.

beds were super comfy, we very much enjoyed the pull out couch option for the kids
in a big city, travelling with kids and we would have appreciated food in the room or at the bar/restaurant

for shuttle to/from airport, despite ad for free shuttle (due to strike)

that all their junior suite with 2 beds are straight accross from the elevator- and it is a pet friendly hotel
