were horrible, had about 6 families treating it like an apt complex, clothes hanging outside, kids running around

there were room service menus in the room but the restaurant hasn t offered room service for over two years

kids love the comfy beds and they also love the pool
the staff were friendly and found us an adjoining room for the kids
the kids (and adults) all enjoyed the pool and it was a safe friendly environment

moreover, there were kids without adults for at least 2 hours being hyper loud and preventing relaxation

if you don t have kids the pool and hot tub area wouldn t be relaxing
guests at the pool: played their own music, got loud, inappropriate behavior for families with kids

the kids missed having a buffet breakfast but the food we ordered was exceptional so they were very

our room is pretty good size too with 2 small kids (we got the deluxe one with 2 full beds) breakfast is just
to the point where we cancelled our tour the final day so we could enjoy the hotel, and the kids could enjoy

pretense, the wedgewood made me feel welcome even while wearing jeans and chasing my rambunctious kids through
everyone was extra kind to my kids, even letting them feed treats to the dogs walking outside
