really didn't think a bay view was possible, but low and behold, there is a bay view and my kids ended up loving
we stayed during easter weekend and was surprised by the fun easter activities for kids
the people working at the hotel was so nice to us and especially our kids
hotel was half empty and they do not let you check in till after 3 pm, even if you have little kids

the setting is very tropical and lush and our kids loved visiting the parrots by the pool

the room was very small, with two small kids and 4 handbaggages we could not move around.
i also didn t like that it was not kids friendly- no kids area at all
intentionally put all the families with kids in one floor, poor sound insulation between rooms and big gap below

there are two pools, one should be for guests with kids,
kids should stay in kids' pools not suppose to enter adult pool
the parking fees & the swimming pool is small & usually crowded with kids.
pools are same level to the beach its easy to go and back to the pool with kids
lots of kids in a resort that seemed more upscale adult
