room was very modern and clean. my kids loved it!
so 1 of my kids only had a sheet to sleep with
it was super nice,clean,and my girls enjoyed being able to play and swim in the pool.
it's more like a mid-size bar area that sells a few beverages and limited food options

my kids were afraid to go to sleep
breakfast was good
it had no place for us to let you know that we were bringing a dog, although it said you were pet friendly
breakfast was delicious as well
was miss features advertised, no spa, indoor pool, or gym

it made this space useless for our kids as i wouldn't want my children around it
place, unfortunately it was not the case and the front desk won t help to warm the food for my kids
hotel itself is really beautiful and i loved the view i was on the 11th floor and my kids were excited when the

kids (ages 11 & 13) were not too happy with it
good location in downtown norfolk. decent sized gym with good stations & free weights.
we were impressed with the machines in the gym
additionally, hospitality never gave room service
fantastic breakfast and the room service food was great

i feel rates take advantage of parents visiting their kids
no white milk for cereal for kids
also demon hosted a kids sleepover so pool area was very noisy and no adults but myself
room was not what i expected need a sofa traveling with kids
the kids in the pool took it over during the evening

also we had booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be near each other as we have small kids that were going back
pool was closed for maintenance so kids were disappointed.
after a couple days of being in the new room young kids rented the room it was the same issue
parking laundry was easy we were gone like the second half of day and still came back to clean
the room also smelled heavily of smoke i couldn't get any of the remotes to work in the gym

the next morning, the kids wanted breakfast so i decided to contact the front desk & see if they offered
staff is always wonderful and accommodating to my kids and dog
pillows and screaming kids!
sounded like 10 kids having a free-for-all
in room 228 i was moved to 419 at 2 am in the morning and given the wrong keys had to carry three kids back down

not a place for kids or family
where a bunch i mean 15+ kids in the pool and hot tub and loud till 11pm it was so loud we couldn t even enjoy
kids found a condom on floor, stains on lamp , couch and couch bed
free wifi was a great kids were able to connect
she helped my mother, kids and i with everything we needed and did it with a smile
