we booked specifically for the kids to swim after a long day of visiting with family and couldn't

a 2 am fire alarm confirmed the living situation as kids are in the hall asking to get their bird, or cat ,or
the front desk was really friendly and gave me a few complimentary snacks/drinks for my wife and kids
pool was a hit with kids of other families
front desk person had the nastiest attitude ever and i had my kids including my infant in the car with no where

also demon hosted a kids sleepover so pool area was very noisy and no adults but myself
room was not what i expected need a sofa traveling with kids

stinks in the hallway, kids that are staying there are loud as hell plus they were running and jumping
didn t have a pool for the kids rooms was not big enough
it was such a sweet gesture, and the kids at the hotel loved it

that is scary when on the 6th floor with 3 kids
was spacious for my family of 4 with a couch for our kids to split up and not have to share a bed
the kids were disappointed
to clean while we staying there due to covid so i had to clean it myself so my husband and 4 kids and myself
also a lot of kids in pool without supervision

i'm guessing was kids because it was fruit snack wrappers and candy wrappers ny the
kids running around the hallway and banging on doors after midnight...
pool area was nice and parking was easy
my husband was happy with the fitness room, despite it being sparcely stocked with weights

after a couple days of being in the new room young kids rented the room it was the same issue
also we had booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be near each other as we have small kids that were going back
pool was closed for maintenance so kids were disappointed.
that i was to busy to enjoy the pool and hot tub!! also a little about having to pay to park ...
honestly missed having a free breakfast ... bistro is ok loved having bar on site ..

kids (ages 11 & 13) were not too happy with it
all good. i wish they had restaurant room service
breakfast could've been better the service was great but took too long to get the food from the kitchen
the bar wasn't as good as i was led to believe. the website (booking.com) advertised
the best part may have been the pool and the pools rooftop views of the elizabeth river

it made this space useless for our kids as i wouldn't want my children around it
place, unfortunately it was not the case and the front desk won t help to warm the food for my kids

the front desk clerk was in training and messed the whole process up for me and my 2 kids
my kids did not stay in very long
kids screaming and partying late in the night in the hallway and slamming doors
gym was full functional and very well-maintained

the next morning, the kids wanted breakfast so i decided to contact the front desk & see if they offered
staff is always wonderful and accommodating to my kids and dog
i watched 2 other kids fall and they didn t get hurt either
in room 228 i was moved to 419 at 2 am in the morning and given the wrong keys had to carry three kids back down
pillows and screaming kids!
