it had a nice relaxed atmosphere and was perfect for a two night break away from the kids
tiny issue was parking and mainly lack of enough space to get parked and feelyou can manoeuvre abs get out
would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room and as the bar tends to close at 11,
plates at breakfast could be taken away sooner
food was excellent - breakfast and dinner

the gym was great although the pool was very busy with kids but we were told about adult only times too by the
kids running up and down the hall at 7am,
nice extra touches, cookie, kids pack, water etc. spacious room, easy check in
pool area needed to have a seperate kids area or adult only time as the kids were screaming in the pool and it
afternoon tea experience did not deliver the location of the rooms with 2 young kids was inconvenient

i wouldn't really recommend the hotel to be a place to stay with kids- there are a lot of stairs and no lifts
staff were very attentive we got upgraded to luxury suite, the kids loved it

s hard to say but if i had a negative point, there was a lot of kids staying that splashed in the pool and
kids not being able to use spa
location and staff service are very good. every staff keeping smile and very kind to kids.

room service options were a tad weak
friendly atmosphere and staff very relaxing especially bathroom with shower was excellent and car parking was
golf course def will get some play next trip
the wifi just stopped. the area has bad roaming coverage and without wifi you are isolated.
in fact we almost didn't book because of the relationship with the golf club, half expecting it to be overrun
