it was also very much appreciated that the hotel sorted us a simple separate breakfast after everyone else as
cosy inn - beautiful boutique styling and wonderful food (breakfast and dinner)

kids not being able to use spa
location and staff service are very good. every staff keeping smile and very kind to kids.
s hard to say but if i had a negative point, there was a lot of kids staying that splashed in the pool and
we didn't see any mention of free use of the gym, swimming pool etc

pool is for residents and gym members and members dont like kids in pool
the gym was great although the pool was very busy with kids but we were told about adult only times too by the

i wouldn't really recommend the hotel to be a place to stay with kids- there are a lot of stairs and no lifts

the food was outstanding, the bed very comfortable. the snug areas were great for kids.
only downside was wifi did not work in our room
a reception desk, which wasn't a big deal but we awkwardly had to fight our way through the bar to get the barman
good to have room service for that morning cuppa

dinner, which is on the expensive side, they let little kids dine there with their ipads with kid s entertainment
the service was excellent and kids had a good time
pet friendly (they leave a nice little treat in the room for your pet), amazing manicured lawns and
the staff were very friendly, our rooms (2 x pet friendly rooms) were lovely and clean and they had even left
great bar and lounges

and the last thing this hotel is not for families with kids
thing we found that is not ok is the noice of running around at late night time from kids upstair because of
plenty of free parking in the grounds
the location is perfect with easy parking

kids swimming when we would have chosen to swim, ie 4-5.30 pm when just checked in. lovely stay

quality breakfast, with professional and friendly staff to serve all guests
the spa was fantastic and importantly very relaxing - there is a long pool to swim in, a warm outside
calm peaceful rooms to relax and unwind and surroundings with wonderful facilities- pool, hot tub, sauna, steam

don t take kids here - it s horrid
the single beds in our room were really narrow although the kids room had bigger beds

breakfast was amazing, good quality and tasty
the free wifi was easy to set up and very useful, along with the tv
are toward the back of the hotel and might be noisy from diners but our room # 4 was over the kitchen, noisy,
cvid rules meant we couldn't fo in the bar but that's not the fault of the owners
wifi was not working in my room.

we also used the spa facilities (pool and sauna) and both were lovely and you do need to pre-book to avoid

i visited the spa for a massage, which was amazing, then enjoyed a cocktail in the bar afterwards
one general ev charged, no control over use, so one vehicle was charging the whole time and couldn t charge
