we wanted to do the coffee tour separately as it takes a bit long and the kids can t deal with the explanation
the pool was beautiful and we managed an afternoon of relaxing before we head off on our tour
they were very accommodating to our early check in

to convince us that we had only paid breakfast for 2 people, and we had to pay extra for the kids, and we had
there was really no difference between the kids pool and the bigger pool, kids everywhere!
it looks like the lounge works for families who need fast food for kids
asking months in advance to get an adjacent room for our kids, they put us next to a connecting room with women
not appealing at all, kids touching everything and not the healthiest of snacks

breakfast time, one of the staff members went out of their way to explain to the kids about different produce
the kids enjoyed the swimming pool
the staff was very nice with the kids and the bed were really comfortable
he gave our kids balloons and chocolates and made usa feel special

place, enjoyed the pool for the kids, food wasn't the best but worked for a quick breakfast , wasn't included
had a beach like, walk in shallow pool- great for kids
kids loved the pool and the hot jacuzzi pool was fantastic
(juice box, apple, yogurt) we had an early morning flight and this did not go over well with kids
beedrooms are too old, need a renewal. we requested towels for the kids but we never received.

the free breakfast was nice especially when traveling with kids
- but to be fair we live in the countryside at home so any town/city is noisy for us - me and the kids fell
the pool is great if you are travelling with small kids
tourists but that in itself was quite nice and refreshing - the staff were mega friendly - the kids loved the
closed at 7pm and we arrived late so the kids weren't able to enjoy it at night before we left in the morning

great breakfast (a bit pricey at $10 per person, but kids eat free)
de golf is a great place to stay always and it worked ideally as a gathering spot for our group of six
bed was uncomfortable and furniture was damaged. there was no pool or jacuzzi.
tv,wifi,room cleaning, golf field around, a lot of things really makes you so happy in staying there

jacuzzi hit tub is brilliant but it should be maybe no kids (young) kids after 8 or something

took me to my rental car even though it had to be picked up outside of the airport kids loved the
very old and no elevators to the third floor which was tough with kids and a lot of luggage
the room was perfect for us because our kids are older, but if you have little ones, ask if they have one-level
toys for kids at the pool, service

we went to the spa and could tell it hadn't been used properly in a long time (the sauna wasn't turned on,
guest was very rude at the pool and took my sun lounger (and moved my stuff) when i was gone 5mins to go to the
room service: i have frequented the hotel over the last two years and noticed a decline in the room

we tried to go into the bar at 5pm and were sternly told that the bar would not open for an hour
on arrival, everything about the hotel, its garden and pool, exceeded our requirements
the gardens were exceptional, the room was very big and spacious. breakfast was excellent.
i appreciated the gardens and birding. i also liked the gated parking lot.

there's restaurant and a bar close by

there was a full kitchen, it was not well equipped
didn't have pots or pans to cook, but had a kitchen?
included breakfast is very well prepared
balcony was so small you could only stand up and barely 2 people would fit, the way they had wifi wires

we also had some young kids partying all night
it was nice, clean, good facilities, great breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool area, and the kids got to feel
it was empty the 2 days we were there and even my kids couldn't take how cold it was
they didn t have a game room or board games a must for a family w kids.
the only problem i found was not getting any help with the luggage, i was traveling with my two kids, to stay

very cool pond and garden for kids plus the pool
we were in the pool before 7 am and the kids had a wonderful time (we did too)

my kids had to leave the door of the bedroom open and switched on the air-conditioning in the living
regularly with small kids, we book places where we have a kitchen
facilities (not used but good to know how much is available), spacious, little playground for the kids, the
second bedroom was up a circular staircase in a loft which we didn't want the kids to use as the stairs were

sent the hotel and mentioned that we are a family with 2 kids, we arrived after 24 hours of traveling and there
very spacious and excellent location to walk to la sabana with kids
i already recommended this to my family who will be coming down; party of 6, husband, wife and 4 kids
that worked out very well for our group of 3 (2 kids and 1 adult)
we were awoken multiple times throughout the night by a families screaming kids

i wish there was an area to hang out outside the room other than the bar area
