we were placed on a floor where there were many kids running and yelling in the hallway
the pool was very cold, so not much to complain about. kids still swam and had fun.

m the next day there were kids running around

pool wasn t on the property, had to go to the property next door who they share a pool with
girlfriend and i had an amazing time, the staff, the room, the gym, the balcony, the food, and the amenities

that worked out very well for our group of 3 (2 kids and 1 adult)
very spacious and excellent location to walk to la sabana with kids
sent the hotel and mentioned that we are a family with 2 kids, we arrived after 24 hours of traveling and there

rooms are along a patio and there is a heated swimming pool next to the restaurant, which our kids loved :)

it was nice, clean, good facilities, great breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool area, and the kids got to feel
breakfast is fine, it has a great swimming pool (suited for kids of all ages), a nice store, etc
college kids around the pool at night made it difficult to sleep early, but it is what it is
they didn t have a game room or board games a must for a family w kids.

wires going through the door (in the common area just outside our room) and the window (in our kitchen, although

the room was small for family with oldee kids. the street noise was loud.
my mom and two kids took a walk around, there are museums and lots of shopping options to see but sadly also

breakfast was bountiful.... located near la paz park, great for kids
there is a convenience store around the corner for groceries and walmart is 7 min away also, the pool is nice

we checked in the kids were excited and running around checking the room out mind you it was 1:45 in the afternoon
second bedroom was up a circular staircase in a loft which we didn't want the kids to use as the stairs were
pull out bed was for little kids and the adult bed is pretty hard

- staff were nice but felt a little understaffed - air conditioning in the gym not very good
some of the gym equipment is dated
the breakfast buffet was the most spectacular spread i have ever seen
the room was big spacious clean i love the pool sitting poolside was so fun
amazing facilities, very good attention to details... and amazing gim and heated pool!
