parking lot slopes dramatically so when someone opens their car door next to you, it can swing open

it was for 4 adults, however, when we checked in they had it notated that it was 2 adults and 2 kids
the kids love the pool, so easy to access
apparently teams of young teens were staying at the hotel and both the kids and chaperones were very disrespectful

a family stayed in the room next to us and the kids got very loud early in the morning, so we're couldn't sleep
bit more expensive than others in the area but great for kids and shuttle bus was perfect for a next day 6:3
9 floor open space in the center of the hotel just off the elevator nerve wracking when you have kids

while complimentary, would be fine for kids, but i didn't care for the options
hotel didn't respond to my questions around hotel shuttle service or early check in previously posted twice
they have a shuttle that picked you up and take you to the airport and bring you back

the kids loved the pool
in the breakfast room was not too friendly, even i bring 2 kids, was not kind enough
navigating the stroller and two small kids up and down stairs every time we wanted to come and go from the room
pool no heated so was very cold but kids enjoyed big jaquzzi
some of the guest were rude and had unruly kids but other than that it was a good stay.

were placed next to the laundry room and ice machine and heard the the other residents getting ice at diferent
complained and immediately i got a fresh clean one , other than that no issues i don t use the pool at all

gave us the wrong room, there was no sofa bed, my kids slept on the ground
wifi was intermittent which caused problems checking in for our flight as we had no data.
