a small bistro inside the hotel and a f&b store helped us because we were travelling with kids

friendly staff, free airport shuttle, nice room

very overwhelmed by the front desk staff and the shuttle drivers

free shuttle is awesome

gave us the wrong room, there was no sofa bed, my kids slept on the ground

i can t think of anything specific. the pool seemed not clean but too chilly to try anyway.

best breakfast ever and we have stayed in many hotels worldwide

i also had two kids with me, who cried and complained that they were freezing the entire shower because

service in the restaurant on both nights we stayed, the soft drink mixer was out and when the kids drinks came

problem with booking, i booked 2 queen beds as travelling with 2 kids and was initially allocated 1 king

our waiter at the lobby restaurant was also great considering we re dining with three kids under five

kids had a lot fun just watching airplane landing and taking off

a family stayed in the room next to us and the kids got very loud early in the morning, so we're couldn't sleep

bit more expensive than others in the area but great for kids and shuttle bus was perfect for a next day 6:3

the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear kids running in the room next door and the cleaners smashing their

9 floor open space in the center of the hotel just off the elevator nerve wracking when you have kids

everyone was pleasant and friendly. great with kids and made it really relaxing.

the pool is heated, my 2 kids enjoyed it so much.

there was a family above us and the kids screamed, ran and jumped until after midnight

my kids enjoy the pool so much and you they can be loud in having fun around the pool no one complain

kitchen area was perfect.

24 hour self service laundry using the app was perfect for a long time stay

apparently teams of young teens were staying at the hotel and both the kids and chaperones were very disrespectful

hard to relax in the spa or pool with kids running around

the kids love the pool, so easy to access

we were here for volleyball so kids leaving to be at courts by 7

it was for 4 adults, however, when we checked in they had it notated that it was 2 adults and 2 kids
