we don t get to leave the kids, and the staff at the hilton syon park made our time away extra special
unfortunately kids cant use the pool.
i specially picked this hotel by filtering for swimming (for my kids)
snake and ladders soft play and playground for kids when they are bored
because we had treatments then we used the pool etc for free and this hotel is definitely not for kids

i booked and stayed the same night as it was an emergancy situation for myself and my kids
everything was fine bar the sofa bed, very lumpy and uncomfortable for the kids.
also, i asked for a late check out which was again accommodated by the reception staff
great friendly staff, room service was excellent
24 hour access to the gym could of done with a swimming pool, but overall very good

kids loved the pool setting and
staff who are great with kids, food is delicious, spacious dining area, not too crowded, pool could be warmer

and we really valued it being open 8am-8pm as lots of hotels have restricted swim times for kids
request a super deluxe room for 3 people- 1 adult and 2 kids
alot of noise from wedding party and kids running around
the kids absolutely loved the indoor pool, which added extra fun to our stay

everything the kids loved it
the indoor swimming pool is highly relax for family with kids
there are no sun-beds around and there are many kids doing swimming lessons
children love the indoor soft play area, kids swimming pool and the outdoor playground
definitely will return kids facilities

no space for breakfast which is fine but what was provided was like a kids lunch box
the breakfast was disappointing, it was like a kids pack lunch box on a school trip, i've never seen anything
there was a coffee boiler in the room, but no beverage for the kids really

kids above throwing things into outdoor are so not clean
it looks nothing at all like the photos and i wouldn't allow my dogs to stay there let alone my kids

having two interconnected rooms was great and allowed our kids to have their own space
of us and often means having to book multiple rooms so finding the room here was fantastic - the kids loved the

like the room, sufficient for family with 2 kids or even 4 adults, great location near to metro station and
room a bit small wifi not very strong so kids struggled to use tablets

we got a puncture when we were about to leave they helped us sort out the rac and gave us and the kids free
room was ok and the duble bed was large but not large enough to share it with 2 kids as the hotel failed to
huge thanks to the receptionist who was so lovely and kind on friday night and who brought me room service
nice hotel for single traveller with pet (or anyone of course)
