the location was great for my wife and the kids and the hotel was very clean.
evacuated myself and my kids at 7am, then it went off 2 more times
there were 7 of us with 2 rooms, 4 adults 3 kids
location, did not feel family friendly, caught a man watching porn in the hot tub while my kids were in the pool
area and you can't smoke in the rooms but you can't smoke at the pool also because of people with kids they don

bed was very hard and the wifi was not very good
the sheet were amazingly scratchy, so much so that i question if they have changed laundry detergent or something
wifi was terrible
the wifi was a bit weak at times.
the staff were wonderful. the wifi worked well.

this is more of a family place with lots of kids around
we had a totally charmed dinner with our kids in the hotel lounge
felt like being part of the american good life; families with their kids having swimming lessons in the pool,
kids screaming across from my room for hours, had to change rooms
rooms are inviting, the grounds are beautiful and the pool, spa, and tennis courts give kids / families a lot

by the time the tech came, my kids were in bed staying warm
at night time to time police/ambulance sirens, kids driving bikes like crazy on the streets, quite loud
i didn't have time to jump in the pool, but was very happy with the pool opening
gym hours were too short they didn t come and clean the room daily bathroom was very small
no room service.

traveled with 2 kids 1 and 3 year old
was excellent,esp with 2 young kids
they would leave little surprises with my kids stuffed animals or throw blankets every day

great location, kids friendly, clean, comfortable room.

kids loved the pool - it was heated and warm enough for them on a january winter night
hotel does not have the funky sf decor or games for the kids to play (shuffle board, etc) that i was looking
that madd our kids uncomfortable

excellent hotel with nice and friendly service, great neighborhood, perfect for traveling with kids
i don't have any interest in my kids sitting in a hotel lobby playing video games
we had kids in our next room, yelling, screaming, jumping during the evening, we reported to the hotel,
the hotel is extremely kid friendly we didn t have our kids with us but look forward to returning with them
the bed was comfortable, nicely prepared, the kids loved it

included would have been more convenient as the we were staying with kids especially given the weather conditions
they wanted us to stay in the room anyway and took us complaining that with kids we needed a room with wifi
clean and easily accommodated our entire family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids)
was a terrible vibration in our kids bedroom
times about whether or not we had more people staying with us in such a big space (2 adults/2 kids)

view on the golden gate was disappointing -no access to spa for kids, even 12 years old accompanied by an adult
furthermoe we were travelling with our kids, including a 5-month old baby, and the staff weren't prepared to

snow needs to run more often - the kids never got to see it because we were always out when it went off -
alone, away from the kids
snow fell in the lobby every hour to delight the kids, and santa made a visit as well
for a mon/tues night ($990 for 2 nights including $80/night valet) we can hear kids running back & forth upstairs
no room service and no pool for kids
