rooms are inviting, the grounds are beautiful and the pool, spa, and tennis courts give kids / families a lot

the kids didn't eat the breakfast i bought them (for $100), and at night

this is more of a family place with lots of kids around

by the time the tech came, my kids were in bed staying warm

the manager accused my kids of banging on doors when for two nights straight other people banged on my

it was sorted in the end which was good as i really like this hotel and glad they gave smoking rooms to cater

it did smell like smoke. i asked for non-smoking room.

the hotel is lovely, it should have been disclosed that the spa, gym and roof deck bar were all closed for

my advice: do not have breakfast downstairs

well my kids and i stayed here the most comfortable place that made me feel safe with my two sons

hotel does not have the funky sf decor or games for the kids to play (shuffle board, etc) that i was looking

great to have a bath in our room, allowed kids to enjoy the facility

excellent location if you do not want to drive a lot. pool was good for kids to have a splash.
