when my grandson (who already stayed there two months prior) came to the kids club - all the girls there
shout out to the kids club team, coffee shop team and jarrett at the pool bar for always welcoming us and asking
not friendly for elderly or kids having to walk up and down hill sharing the path with golf carts especially
loved our stay as family of 5 with kids ages 17-7 in 2 rooms
to certain tour companies which can be incredible expensive with no other options to compete pool attendants

the only issue was a lot of times there were not enough towels by the pool and my kids were cold waiting
as a solo traveller it was quite a surprise to see so many kids running around

the pool had a lot of restrictions, but smoking was allowed, so kids could not play with balls in the pool,
more parking spaces inside of the property would be beneficial

and pool were both decent if you want to get a little exercise in and there is a playground for kids next to
the grounds are beautiful. swimming pool great, there is also a kids pool and playground.
to only 2 hours (from 7 to 9) and as we arrived at 9:15 they sent us back hungry even my poor kids

my kids absolutely adored our waiter, senor max, who was so sweet and kind and cheerful
pool was small (only one) and while very nicely appointed, often full of loud kids
surfing with the kids was such a fun experience safe, exciting, and unforgettable
