shout out to the kids club team, coffee shop team and jarrett at the pool bar for always welcoming us and asking
loved our stay as family of 5 with kids ages 17-7 in 2 rooms
when my grandson (who already stayed there two months prior) came to the kids club - all the girls there
not friendly for elderly or kids having to walk up and down hill sharing the path with golf carts especially

they have no real facilities for guests to make you feel preferred apart from a breakfast restaurant and sone
there is a quieter pool but this lacks amenities, the bar there closed at 3 and the restaurant wasn t open
furthermore the beach is not very nice, the spa is overpriced and you can only use the sauna if you book one

the pool bar was all processed kids food (chicken nuggets, pizza etc), which was odd because it's an adults

our kids were freaking out and we had to be up at 5:30 am for a fishing trip

activities for kids, only a few beach chairs at the beach for the resort, more variety for kids menu at the
right near the beach, views are stunning, pool excellent, food delicious, activities for kids
the only reason we booked this place was because it was sold as an all inclusive resort with kids this was
it is lacking entertainment for kids

there were also a lot of kids, which i didn't expect
my opinion they should consider having a kids pool separate from the main pool, that way you can fully enjoy

hotel does not have parking, but the staff is very friendly and the overall impression was good
noise from music at the casino lasted all night making it very difficult to sleep
pool was very small; casino and spa weren t very inviting

and breakfast (included in our rate) was made to order and quite tasty

the pool had a lot of restrictions, but smoking was allowed, so kids could not play with balls in the pool,
more parking spaces inside of the property would be beneficial

and pool were both decent if you want to get a little exercise in and there is a playground for kids next to
the grounds are beautiful. swimming pool great, there is also a kids pool and playground.
to only 2 hours (from 7 to 9) and as we arrived at 9:15 they sent us back hungry even my poor kids
nice open air style. there was even a little playground for kids on the premises

my kids went on a beach run one morning and waded through the estuary out and back, only to be
we really enjoyed our stay and also booked surf lessons for the kids through the hotel
was pleased they were able to bring a rollaway bed so our kids could each have their own bed

we don't have kids, but there were families playing in the pool continuously and having a great time
