we ordered room service twice and both times the food was excellent

praia de samil which is a close drive from the hotel is an amazing beach with two kids salt water pools beside
wifi was poor and we were too hot - unable to cool the room because others wanted heating and they

tv in the kids room never worked but we honestly didn t even need it
wifi wasn t working; room was warm & unable to control temperature

couldn t find a laundry and staff washed our clothes without us having to ask for it, free of charge

some of the staff such as lady in spa are not very friendly and did not allow kids in pool
there's bicycles of several sizes, helmets and adapted chairs for kids
spa - we had to cook our stay there, but in the end, it was just packed with kids screaming, splashing everywhere

the only other comment is even on a hot day the pool is freezing and there is no safe access for kids to come
the breakfast was amazing
the pool was also great and there is a spa and sauna
class accommodation, particularly liked the sauna and the pool

lovely pool area with a badminton set which my tweenie girls loved
was also made to feel uncomfortable around the pool area also so we left the area and it became clear they
room with balcony and good view; walking distance from beach; good private swimming pool with availability of
great views, personnel, breakfast, amazing pool, very clean
