am very grateful i got stuck in morocco in this hotel with my kids
oussama the manager was very kind and upgraded my room to a suit for more space for me and my kids
was not working at all, we rent two rooms and one for my husband and i, and the other one for my kids and none
we travel with our kids we had lot of fun in this beautiful hotel
it is very noisy. loud people and kids all night - literally - and paper thin walls...

what is worst is that our kids were stack in the elevator because if the power outage
then we saw some kids running around in their swimming shorts and started asking about the spa

my wife and kids loved this place
staff were excellent gave me a bigger room and rollaway bed for my kids
again with 2 kids we are in the lobby showing them our reservations and they said they were sold out
to make us feel comfortable - very good breakfast (i especially enjoyed many fruits) - good wifi - location was
old gym, needs update soon.

the dinner buffet choice wasn't very satisfying - we ended up eating elsewhere as the kids found nothing to
unsupervised kids occupied the gym due to a lack of staff, and the non-functional jacuzzi needed assistance to
our kids were really disappointed

not for families with young kids
there are free parking spaces and the hotel is in the very center of the city, close to the old medina and the
rooms were very nice, our room had a kitchenette, king size bed and a small sitting area with couch and 2 chairs
in a good location but run down and the hallways always full of dirty laundry and trash.

the spa is open till 11pm, but as we have kids we didnt try an treatments but used the pool which the kids

s brilliant hotel, my kids absolutely loved it, in fact we all did, very quirky and modern fantastic rooms

kids room was smelly, we were offered other rooms but not close to eaxh orhers so we declined
system once you take out an item - this could be especially challenging when travelling with kids
