my wife and kids loved this place
staff were excellent gave me a bigger room and rollaway bed for my kids
again with 2 kids we are in the lobby showing them our reservations and they said they were sold out
wanted to book spa services, but they were booked both days
we also had room service and that was really good

the dinner buffet choice wasn't very satisfying - we ended up eating elsewhere as the kids found nothing to
unsupervised kids occupied the gym due to a lack of staff, and the non-functional jacuzzi needed assistance to
our kids were really disappointed

so glad i booked the hamman spa and massage - superb
we arrived late and the doormen and front desk were very accommodating, even ordering a meal for room service
pricey compared to other hotels nearby. the spa was closed

we had to wait for several hours and ask additionally several times for the required bed sets for kids
s brilliant hotel, my kids absolutely loved it, in fact we all did, very quirky and modern fantastic rooms
kids were too, all fully aware to respect each other so avoided being in a position of
bad,,its not clean at all,,after 4pm they dont have laundry services or at lest iron,,they have only one iron

kids room was smelly, we were offered other rooms but not close to eaxh orhers so we declined
system once you take out an item - this could be especially challenging when travelling with kids
