kids being in the spa when trying to relax and hearing them screaming and shouting and slashing

access to the pool a bit longer for kids. internet access was not great.

enjoyed my stay with my family what i loved about it for families extra play games for kids.

so many things for the kids to do on the lawn and the pool in the morning was a nice was to start the day before

kids loved the swimming pool too

stay apart from second night group of lads shouting n banging on room next door so woke me and kids up which

the tv in the room has a block on the volume but we could barely hear it (wanted to watch a kids movie with

the television had no channels, so the kids were very bored

kids friendly ( goodie bags at arrival for kids, snacks for the road at the departure ) - the

room was luxurious and breakfast was amazing - great variety

it was room service because of covid but it was very nice and on time

both breakfast and dinner offerings were delicious and diverse, catering to a wide range of tastes

dining room service from the kitchen at times was poor

woken up by a family with kids around 10

to hang anything in kids bedroom or bathroom

we stayed in the family suite which had a separate twin room for our kids

so noise woke me up but not kids

into us all night, kept us awake for most of the night, hence the early morning walk, as the kids struggled to

as a family with kids, we wanted a castle stay on our trip and this one was just awesome

a mixed party of 8 the location of the hotel in relation to the superb golf course next door suited the gents

or, if you prefer, a golf club or cricket grounds or a stream to fish in for entertainment

the actual location of the castle is amazing, great sights of the valley or golf course from any window
