the outdoor pool was too busy to go in as full of families and little kids but can t blame them for enjoying
both the indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids
regularly, no guidance as to dinner recommendations in the hotel or any activities for kids etc
too many noisy kids & no quiet area in the lounges
no lifts - not ideal if you are travelling with babies/small kids

this hotel, staff were amazing, room lovely, breakfast nice and bar area and bar staff was just brilliant really
second the room service just took forever after ordered and paid
t working so we couldn t do our own ice for drinks if i m being really picky, some allocates parking for
beach wonderful location,the sunset bar is stunning,as is the marquee dining and restaurant
it has a bathtub and offers room service.

the pool was very crowded - full of kids
loved the bar and the terrace and the kids play area was good, the swimming pool was a bonus

must be hard for the high chairs to be cleaned well between kids - but they weren t up to standard
it felt a bit like a creche at times with kids facilities.
no blackout blinds which is strange for a hotel that markets itself for kids and for the price you pay

we stayed out in the works room which was great if you have kids
for us, with 2 small kids, been the best choice
was nice and warm for the kids
bed very uncomfortable kids couldn t sleep well
the room needs bit od update and kids sofa ved was not comfy for them.

kids makimg noise in the swimming pool also don't make it feel as a relaxing spa
spa was very dated , lots of sand in jacuzzi kids shouting throwing things not relaxing

no problem for me, but with kids and most of the menu having chips on it, ketchup is a must
loved the indoor and outdoor pools, lots of fun for the kids and the suna for adults
staff were super lovely and the pool was a big hit with the kids
maybe more kids choices at yours pubs menue
