we were not an easy group - 6 adults and 2 kids and 2 toddlers but we were made to feel so welcome and it was
pool only for 16+ yrs so kids couldn t use it
food delicious, great ambiance, location, attentive staff, lovely pool, everything amazing
the beginning of our stay until the end, all staff in reception, bar and restaurant were exceptional
poor wifi/mobile phone connection making it impossible to call home without having to go outside to do

lots of space for kids to run around and explore. food was delicious and service was great.
they sever my kids ice cream/ sorbet with alcohol without telling
both the indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids

other issues were the bar was expensive and breakfast was quite late starting at 9
bar and restaurant had lovely ambience; food was great

only real complaint was that restaurant and bar was closed for refurb and this was not disclosed on the agoda

as there were 3 families with home clothes inside the pool with their kids making noise, and non of them were
room had a microwave, kettle, fridge & cutlery & crockery, necessary when travelling with kids
the toiletries were placed very high on the wall so struggled to reach them, impossible for the kids
for us, with 2 small kids, been the best choice
i had works room which was more than enough for 2 adults with 2 kids

great little pool for kids and changing
location was perfect for a morning run on the beach and activities for the kids
was advertised as a quiet space but the swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room area was full of kids and certainly
noise from upstairs above us drove us insane - it was clearly a large family with young kids running everywhere
kids makimg noise in the swimming pool also don't make it feel as a relaxing spa

no problem for me, but with kids and most of the menu having chips on it, ketchup is a must
maybe more kids choices at yours pubs menue
all the kids running about but maybe thats an age thing!
had a great stay - breakfast was lovely and everyone was great with the kids
food service regarding kids meals was slow and the kids meals were often bigger portions than the adult meals

very clean and specious room. the kids liked the room very much
available, 12 parking spaces for 50 rooms is not acceptable, especially when traveling with kids
i did like everything. my kids were happy , all the staff das excellent.

not working properly shower door didn t close wires hanging from the tv & hairdryer on to kids bed very
the shower was dirty and door hard to open, kids could quite easily get burned in there
couple of nights were noisy with kids running round screaming but didn't complain as price for 3 nights was good
at the reception was very nice , friendly he give us some information what we should visit with kids
the bed was comfortable and the had a garden where the kids could play.

feels like the very best enid blyton kids holiday setting - especially with the pine trees and the cliff top
outdoors lovely grounds and a great tree for kids to climb/play in
wifi was a bit slow.
