this place is not good for kids or family
loved the lazy river but the kids thought it was a little small compared to other lazy rivers they d been to
second bedroom don't have the same experience as those looking onto the marina (but its fine for kids)
the pools are fabulous - the kids loved the lazy river, while the adults also get a quiet pool to themselves
nice tennis courts and a small playground for kids

kids couldn t sleep
however, unfortunately the staff put us in an adjoining room with a family with a baby and young kids who cried
on check out day we cleared most of out stuff from both rooms and took the kids downstairs for breakfast
room was beautiful: clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with two bathrooms and a convenient kitchenette
room service food was a bit meh - the grilled cheese in particular wasn't good

comfy but room was way to much for our family with 3 small kids
clean , beautiful views , easy location with kids pool & beach right in front of you.
staff was super kind and kids loved the cookie bar
beach chairs were comfy and the kids play area on the beach was awesome
which made it so easy for us to get to the pool, eat lunch outside or get to the beach with our 3 kids

pool was nice and the kids liked that it was warmed water
maybe if the pool was a bit bigger and an area pool for the kids would have been great but we understand it's
desk was very helpful and changed our room from king to another with 2 queens (me, wife, plus two kids)

we reserved a suite with 2 beds, and since suites only come with one bed, our kids slept in a sofa bed and a

in reality, it was a small kids pool, with a maximum depth of 4ft
waffle and pancake makers are fun, esp for kids but very little savoury options was a downer for us
kids do not respect plus people do not shower and bring food into the pool

really friendly, good hotel for kids
am going to claim to you because i booked a room for 4 adults and two 7 years old kids and they said they have
beautiful beach view from our room and the kids loved feeding the koi fish every
our kids' room never had the beds made or was tidied up and our room was cleaned 2 of the 4 days
wifi worked perfectly all across the grounds so we could work by the pool

the breakfast they served, the potatoes were delicious they were soft and flavorful and the kids really liked
