we went as a couple, but it would be great for kids over 5 years old as well
my favorite was the gorgeous sunset every night and excellent entertainment at the kids pool
the staff was super friendly that my kids became friends with them
the location, the beach and the top bar. the kids love the arcade.
however, so many kids it would have been occupied nonstop

again, the restaurant was a bit loud- especially with the live music - which was nice for kids, but not for

room was nice and clean pool was great with the kids
the kids pool & lazy river was very nice with a waterfall
loved the lazy river but the kids thought it was a little small compared to other lazy rivers they d been to
second bedroom don't have the same experience as those looking onto the marina (but its fine for kids)

kids couldn t sleep
however, unfortunately the staff put us in an adjoining room with a family with a baby and young kids who cried
on check out day we cleared most of out stuff from both rooms and took the kids downstairs for breakfast
room service was timely and did a great job
the suite had a kitchenette but it wasn't fully stocked with paper towels, dish soap etc

which made it so easy for us to get to the pool, eat lunch outside or get to the beach with our 3 kids
comfy but room was way to much for our family with 3 small kids
we had picky bits and kids meals and the staff were very accommodating
though i clearly acknowledged 2 adults and 3 kids

maybe if the pool was a bit bigger and an area pool for the kids would have been great but we understand it's
pool was nice and the kids liked that it was warmed water
desk was very helpful and changed our room from king to another with 2 queens (me, wife, plus two kids)
wifi never worked, however i didnt call down to ask for assistance because apparently if i would
need a hot tub, i play golf alot it is great for you.

bed was too firm and uncomfortable, even the kids said so
they should have more outdoor activities for both adults and kids

we reserved a suite with 2 beds, and since suites only come with one bed, our kids slept in a sofa bed and a

our kids rated this hotal the best on our trip to florida
kids do not respect plus people do not shower and bring food into the pool
we are going to comeback with my kids
at least for me that have kids is a plus
in reality, it was a small kids pool, with a maximum depth of 4ft

last but not least, handicapped bathroom at bottom of staircase on the way to pool had a soap dispenser that
the beach service wasn t great but the pool had a great vibe and service
restaurants throughout resort though they were quite pricey cold water available by beach and pool

our kids' room never had the beds made or was tidied up and our room was cleaned 2 of the 4 days
really friendly, good hotel for kids
am going to claim to you because i booked a room for 4 adults and two 7 years old kids and they said they have
beautiful beach view from our room and the kids loved feeding the koi fish every
wifi worked perfectly all across the grounds so we could work by the pool
